IdeaPro.com does not redistribute email addresses provided to us by our members without their permission.
We respect our members' and users' privacy completely, and try our utmost to maintain strict controls about their private information. Some members want their email address to be published with their comments, reviews, articles and bloggings, etc. Others do not.
Our software is designed to protect them from any undesired release of their email address or other information. However, in case any user finds that their information has somehow been exposed to public view without their permisssion, or if they change their mind and would like such information removed from our site, we will remove it for them promptly after they have requested such removal.
COOKIES
Temporary files called 'magic cookies' are used by our blogging software to track users' participation in our system and to enable certain required software. No personal or private information is tracked or logged from such cookies, other than their geographic location, their IP address, and their type of hardware and software used to browse our pages.
We do not track or obtain email addresses, credit card numbers, phone numbers, street addresses, or other personal or private information pertaining to a user's or member's identity, unless the user or member has explicitly joined our forum and entered the information directly into a form on our site.
Once a user has entered his/her email address or other private and personal information, we never release or redistribute, sell or rent or trade that information to other companies outside the IdeaPro.com web-site family of companies.
We do not spam.
We never send you emails unless you have yourself added the email to one of our mailing lists or performed an online action in one of our sites for which an email confirmation was required.
Additions to our formal email lists are confirmed by an industry standard double-opt-in system, where each subscriber to a list receives a confirmation request after requesting his/her address be added to the list. If they do not respond to the confirmation email, they are not actually added to the active list.
If for any reason, or if at any time, you as a registered member or user wish to have your email address or other information removed from our system or changed, we will remove the information or email address promptly after receiving a request from you to do so. This action will usually take place within a few hours, but may sometimes take up to three days during busy periods or around holidays.
Please notify us that you want your address or other information removed, using our Contact Us page and we will act as soon as possible to follow your request. Be sure that you provide the exact information you want removed, so that we can find it in our system and remove it properly.
