The Level1Diet.com website is a support web site for people who are trying to lose weight and reduce problems with low-level chronic inflammation and insulin resistance. Those health problems are known to be associated with heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and many other major diseases.Despite the heavy competition in the diet and weight loss field, Level1diet.com is consistently ranked highly by leading search engines. On many keyword searches, Level1diet.com beats hundreds of thousands, even millions of web site competitors, including famous brand names and well established international corporations and even government health sites.
